Renault India has relaunched the travelogue edition of the Scala at a starting price of Rs 8.48 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) for the RXL variant. The company had launched the same edition sometime last year but was limited to only the RXZ variant.

This time the company has carried forward this edition to most of its variants including the RXL and the RXZ for the petrol and diesel variants. The CVT version of the RXL and the RXZ variant also gets this add on. The only exterior change on the travelogue edition is a yellow line that runs across from the headlamps to the rear. On the inside, Renault India has added an integrated navigation system, illuminated scuff plates,  which look nice ,and a rear sun shade.

The company launched the Scala travelogue edition last year to boost sales and this time it’s no different. The sales of the vehicle have not been upto the mark in the last few months, with April sales touching only double digits. The competition in the segment is heating up with many models like the Honda City doing very well and Ford will be launching the facelifted Fiesta in the next few weeks, making it more difficult for the company.
